Why "Chaotropy"?
Entropy is the constant tendency toward disorder. Chaotropy is the tendency toward chaos. In thermodynamics as in economics, chaos gives rise to something new. In thermoeconomics, markets are viewed as open systems in which capital flows in and drives innovation and progress.
Only innovation increases order.
